The Visitor Services Supervisors (Box Office) assist and support the Visitor Services Management to deliver efficient and effective management of the box office, retail space, front-of-house and other visitor areas, as well as ensuring that the entire site is maintained, thereby providing a safe and welcoming environment for all our audience, staff and visitors. Working closely with all front line teams, you will ensure the highest levels of customer service and presentation whilst maximising sales and profitability.
Evening and weekend work will be required throughout this contract.
