Some FAQs

Will I get my tickets posted out to me?

E-tickets will be e-mailed to you for online bookings. Tickets will be posted out if they are purchased on telephone. Some tickets will be held at the box office for collection prior to the performance where identification is required to claim a discount.

What happens if I am unable to attend the performance?

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. We can try to re-sell your tickets if the performance is sold out. A handling fee will be charged for this service.

Can my child sit on my knee?

A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the performance regardless of age. Student concessions are available (see concessions) but babes in arms are not permitted to the theatre for any production.

I want specific seat numbers. Can I book these online?

Yes. Our ticketing system enables you to select specific seats online.

Can I combine discounts?

No, only one concession or discount can be applied per booking, although Groups pricing can be applied on top of preview pricing and early bird preview pricing.

What happens if it rains?

On average, 94% of our performances are completed each season. In the event that the performance doesn't go ahead, or is abandoned due to bad weather, you can exchange your tickets for a future performance. No refunds are given. Sunday music and comedy events continue whatever the weather. All tickets are sold subject to our terms and conditions.
